Skill-Stacking: Combining multiple complementary skills across disciplines to increase adaptability and career versatility. 

Transferable Skills: Core skills like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork that apply across jobs and industries.  

Micro-Credentials: Short, focused certifications that prove mastery of a specific skill or tool. 

Stackable Learning: Learning experiences (courses, badges, certifications) that build on each other, allowing learners to design flexible, personalized learning paths. 

Hybrid Skills: Skills that blend traditionally separate disciplines—like combining tech with creativity or business with psychology.

Meta Skills: Higher-order capabilities like adaptability, resilience, systems thinking, and self-learning. 

Capability Mapping: A method of identifying and aligning an individual’s or organization’s skills with future goals or market needs.

Lifewide Learning: The idea that meaningful learning happens not just in school, but through hobbies, travel, internships, online platforms, and life experiences.
